SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Fulfillment & Shipping Every piece of art from Tortuga Creations is custom-printed on demand just for you. Please allow 2–5 business days for your item to be meticulously printed and quality-checked before it is shipped. Shipping times will vary based on your location.

Returns & Exchanges Because our blueprints and posters are printed specifically to order, we do not offer returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse.

Damaged or Misprinted Items If your art arrives damaged or there is a manufacturing error, please contact us at creationstortuga@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. Include a clear photo of the issue, and we will gladly arrange for a free replacement to be sent to you immediately.
